I've been getting readings in the low 50s for the last couple weeks. As high as 57 in the shallow pockets on G'ville on the warm days. (Afternoon readings). The warm spell we had three weeks ago really helped get the average surface temps up I think. I was wondering about my gauges also but checking them with friend's gauges they seem to be right. Both mine are Zercom digital. No doubt the rain has helped. The longer days and the sunny days we've had probably helped a lot. Water surface temps rise really fast on the warm days. However, these night time lows below freezing don't help!.
