The water temp on the coosa this evening was around 54F. While fishing last weekend at Needly Henry I caught two keeper crappie and two large mouth with the temp around 50F. The bite was slow but I've seen worse. I couldn't get the fish to touch a jig. Just used small toughies under a cork.
Has anyone seen yellowfin below the Guntersville dam yet? I can't wait for the stripe to start up again.
