What about Wheeler dam from the bank?

what seems to be the best thing for fishing from the bank at wheeler? i used to fish the "point" all the time with tuffies, but i havent been in a while. i'm wanting to get back at it and i was toying with the idea of using yellow tails from the bank. anyone got an suggestions? thanx!
