The baitfish are running wild in the tailwaters at the dam, and I think it's making the bite slow. Me and another guy managed to land a couple nice salwater stripers, but no smallies. The water is cooling down though so the brown bass should be lurking around out there now. In the past I remember catching them around Halloween and later.
