David try duck river and broglen rivers...they are in you near area....county road 703 crosses both of these....also 278 crosses the mulberry if you head toward rainbow crossing and it is above the area Hanceville city dumps in their waste water...eightmile creek above lake catoma...is another good area...as for the mulberry at 31....it is fished heavly but you can still catch fish...usually a lot of fishermen on the weekends....Another good book to have is Alabama atlas & gazetteer....you will be amazed at the fishing you have in your area...and if you go 200 yards any where above or below the easy access you will find lots of fish..
