grass carp

thanks to everyone who told me spots to fish at in south huntsville.
ive found a spot that has lots of big grass carp.
ive been able to catch commmon carp on breadballs and sweet corn in other places in the past, but never a grass carp.
is there any way to catch these huge lake cows?
any tips would be appreciated.
