I'd shop around just to compare specs vs. price.
The hull material is somewhat thinner than comparable boats, such as alumacraft. Their 10-foot model uses .053" and the 12 is .063" vs .043" for the tracker.
Also check on the number of ribs at the floor. Especially on the 10-footer. Should have at least one between the seats, not just the seats themselves to lend stability. The 12-footer should have at least 4 total. The more ribs, the less flex, less flex = less chance of stressing the rivets.
