Bob; We fished Pickwick Friday & the fish were 8 feet around cover in 10 foot of water. The last 3 trips this pattern has held up.We fished shallow for about 1 hour late that evening before we left and caught 9 fish, but only 2 keepers. We had 31 keepers on the 10 foot mats. Try a 1/32 oz. jig with a 2 " tube and just hold it still over the cover, DON'T jig it up & down. We used blue & white and green & white , water color was clear.Good luck !!
