Since Doug Darr, (The Alabama Fisheries Section Web Master and Aquatic Education Coordinator) was kind enough to answer your post with better info, I have emailed TVA to get a link to an information page about creating structure to attract fish. I will let everyone know as soon as I hear back from them. TVA has been very responsive and helpful in the past to my inquiries and I expect they will be just as helpful this time.
