I took a walk down to the mouth of Limestone Creek/Bay a couple weeks ago. For those that haven't been around there a while, apparently the State or the Feds decided to line the west bank of the mouth with large rocks, so my favorite little bank is gone now.
Right now the water's so low in the bay that all the stumps are exposed, and the channels are visible. Is the crappie bite good in there right now, and do the jacks like to hang around the mouth due to being a stoney, sandy bottom and also being fairly deep? My buddy caught one down there once, and I haven't had much luck crappie fishing down there.
