Red, Thanks for the report. I was at the dam sat. morning when the water was turned on and only saw one fish caught and it was a 6lb. salt caught on top. When they turned the turbines on they idled all or most of them, I have not had much luck when this happens. I usually keep up with the water schedule on the T.V.A. site and if they schedule one turbine on a hour before two or more I start getting butterflys.(on my way to the dam of corse).At times(but not often)there have been some good salts caught on top with no water running but its usually early and most of the time out from the wing wall.From the report I got from Tony Cooley the big salts hit top Sunday morning at 9am. when they turned the water on.
