The only reason they're still netting is due to a loophole in the law passed in the late 70's. They tried to stop it then...the law had a loophole....never changed it. Anyhow...on the boatramp....I did sink my truck there 2 years ago. Talk about catching some bream! I had left the back sliding glass open...had a lazy partner who wouldn't back the truck up. That building by the dock blocked my view...ebrake held until I got out of site evidentally. Completely submerged...not an antenna sticking out of the water.
