catfishing wheeler

im wanting to drift some jugs for catfish while i fish.Is there any certain areas on wheeler that would be better.Ive always bass fish so its new to me. Plus is there any regulations against jugging. I made up 10 out of pvc and my kids noodles.Email me or post thanks
