I realized the original post was 2 weeks old and I wasn't trying to stir things up...at the risk of getting blasted I was actually trying to help. The code for BUI is 32-5A-191.3. It pretty much is the same as the DUI code with a few minor exceptions. I also forgot to post the link to the Code of Alabama in my previous post. You guys have fun and be safe. I think all of you do a good job in promoting outdoor awareness, especially Kerry.
