Went fishing off of my cousins pier in Gulf Shores off of Ft. Morgan Rd. in July, caught a bunch of flounder and specs. No guide needed for that trip, but we were fishing at night from about 10 till 2 in the morning. They hit really good, while your there check out the guys at J&M Tackle....nice to deal with
