It would be logical that it is a distinct possibility that it could be an actual inscription. Here in Huntsville, there is a tombstone on the corner on Holmes Avenue in downtown that is marked as one of Jackson's deceased soliders, on their march to Horseshoe Bend to fight the Creeks. They could of traveled south to the River and then followed that as far south as it went, near Honeycomb. I will try to find his route to Horseshoe bend on the internet.

I bet he caught some nice largemouth on the way! :)
