Thanks for the input and yes it does take a big bream to make 1 pound. I am assuming you were catching Bluegills. Redbelly's and Pumkinseeds are also prevalent in those waters with Shellcrackers quite rare (between Ditto and the Big G dam).
I have not been out below the Big G lately when the gates were closed.
It seems it has been spilling "until further notice" since early January.
Water is up now so I plan to go today or tomorrow and try the white bass and crappie at my favorite spots, which have been on dry ground lately.
I might try the bream if nothing is happening on those fronts.
