Snapperking I am getting the idea about the Tennessee if the Saugers out there are anything like the walleyes and saugers are here, they are creators of habit. The secret is to find that habit at the right time of the year and put in front of them what they want, they are pretty choosy. We do a lot of trolling with lead core, with all kinds of lures. I also love to bottom with a bottom boucher with a Crawler or Leech. Some times I use a Carolina Rig, or Lindy rig.
My biggest Walleye that I have caught was 14 lbs and was 31.5 inches long and 18.5 inches in diameter she was caught trolling at 11:30 PM in about 6 ft of water in April. I caught her on a rainbow colored shadrap shalow driver at about 2.5 mph.in Chatfield Res. in the heart of Denver. I better go I am still looking for a job there and a place to live I want something with lake front and not to expensive.
