If you are staying near Wheeler Dam, Walton's Restaurant is a good place, on Hwy. 101, between the dam and Elgin (Hwy. 72). They have catfish, barbeque, ribs, and a great steak. They have plenty of parking with your boat, too. A lot of fishermen stop in there. There are numerous places in Florence, a few miles away. Here is a link to check out some of the area also:
