That is not what I said in my first reply to you... I said that "I now carry .45 cal lead balls and a slingshot".

We agree that courtesy on both ends is the answer. I can't tell you what the other guy was thinking - but I can tell you that I was starting my drifts outside where I saw all the bank fishermens casts hitting - until the idiot started heaving the pyramid weight at me. Heck, I could come down to any dam on the TN River waterway in AL with my surfcasting rod and throw darn near across all the generator currents from the bank (excepting Wheeler due to the power line + it is a pretty long way!) - does this mean someone in a boat can't fish the same water I can cast over? - Whether I like it or not??? I don't think so.
