my BEST crappie day this year was when my little girl caught her first crappie. an eleven incher none the less!! she was lit up like a Christmas tree! we dropped by my grandfather's to show off her catch and she explained to him "this is the biggest fish of my WHOLE LIFE!" she's 3 1/2 yrs old. she has plenty of time to best that one!! everybody enjoy their holidays, especially with the young ones.
