Weather this week has slowed them down some--we really wore them out sunday and monday, but thursday and friday were tough. All I usually use is the biggest live tuffies i can find and try to drift them just off the bottom. Did have some luck on 1/2 oz blue/chart and white/blue sauger jigs tipped with minnows. Live bait is the key--some say you can catch them on jigging spoons and I believe you can, but if they are slow live bait will be much much better.
If you really want to catch some-go to Browns Ferry and fish the hole where the water comes out at--they bite in spurts but we caught over 30 Sunday evening, plus many many stripe, catfish, etc. Just make sure of the wind because it is wide open there and the wind can be a headache.
