I saw some trucks that seemed to be laying down new asphalt on the east end last time I was over that way, but the causeway and bridge have been there a LONG time. You are definitely not talking about the Brownscreek bridge. I suggest you purchase a good highway map of Alabama. I really don't know how I can give more detailed direction than has already been posted.
