Just returned to KY after a good trip to your fine Guntersville Lake. Enjoyable but cold starting out Tuesday Morning. 2 of us caught 26 Big Bream in the South Sauty area. Wednesday was good with big fish and a respectable number of 76 between the two of us. Thursday morning started out with a good bite but the fish seemed to shut down completely after about 10:00Am. Nothing much the rest of the day. Looked like the lake had risen Thursday Morning. Could this have slowed them down or what other reason caused them to quit? We found the Keystone Minnow to be the best bait. Not much action on crickets or worms.
