I agree with TN Stipe Hunter. Stren Easy Cast has worked the best for me. I am sure that this is a basic tip that everyone knows but for those who do not, I lay the spool flat and start to reel the line on. After a bunch of turns of the handle, I lower the rod tip and look at the line, if it twists, I flip the spool over and continue on and repeat the process until the spool is full. Also, if the line does twist while fishing, I'll start the motor, clip off my bait, drop the line in the water with the bail open and run off 50 to 100 yards of line. Then reel in the line and the twists will be gone. I am too cheap to buy the good stuff or replace the line every time it twists so I do what I can to make the line lasts. Good luck.
