Does anyone know of any lakes, or small ponds for that matter, within a short (under 1 hour) drive from Birmingham besides Purdy and the Oak Mountain lakes? I remember fishing at a place somewhere north of Pinson that consisted of a small pond and a shack where you paid something like, 2.00 plus the cost of bait to fish all day. I think the name of the pond started with a T, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know of this place, or any places like it near Birmingham?
