Sorry, I forgot to say that I haven't followed the levels and fluctuations on Pickwick like I have for Wheeler. Pickwick and Wheeler are very similar according to their operating guides. They both have a summer vs winter range of 6 feet and both are used (IMO) as primary flood control lakes as they can hold large amounts of water along with the 6 foot vertical rise capacity.
So, Pickwick is probably fairly similar to Wheeler in a lot of respects, but there again, I haven't followed the data for Pickwick anywhere near as closely as I have for Wheeler.
