All of the above. Need to dump the old gas. It probably has water in it and has gone "bad" . (New studies show that today's gasoline only has an effective storage life of 30days) If you are going to store fuel for over 30days use Sta-bil. In this turn of events, you proably have water and/or trash in the filter so I would also replace it. Also you could fog your carbs with the fogger/cleaner that Johnson makes. Also you could run one tank of Chevron 89 Octane through it. Alot of gass stations put detergents in their 89 & 93 but not 87(which is what is needed to be be run in outboards) Also, make sure your pump bulb isn't leaking. Try these things first, and if they don't help you may have to have the carb(s) pulled and soaked(or rebuilt).
