i will be there the previous week. i fish pick-wick regularly.the park manager at jp is deedee smith ask him about the fishing at indian creek, do not pass up fishing yellow creek it can be very productive,bear creek would also be an option.we troll for crappie 15-23 feet deep with 1/8oz.hair-jigs or minnows if the bite is slow.
fishing the river for crappie is not as productive
so stay in the creeks in the lake for crappie.
small mouth fishing is great i like throwing jigs or crankbaits on the river focusing on peegravel beaches,ledges and humps.
