I've never fished in Honeycomb Creek but have read reports of folks catching fish there. Some areas of the lake are more popular than others, but I really think there's good fishing in almost every area of the lake that has some mixture of deep and shallow water(and Honeycomb does). Just to have a place anywhere on Guntersville is a blessing, we have a place on Polecat Creek and love going to the lake. It's the prettiest lake in Alabama, IMO, and probably the best overall fishing lake, or at least in the Top 3 (bass, crappie, awesome bream fishing in spring).
