Franklin, Tn-- March 10,2001
This was our best day ever.  Between me and my hunting partner, we found a total of 29 bullets.  This was my first Maynard.  It is the bullet on the lower right. The coin is a 1907 "V" nickel.  Obviously not Civil War era, but also a first for me.

May 9, 2001

This is a bullet that I found near Barton, Al. The soldier carved this bullet around the base. This is a .56 Caliber Gardner (Confederate).
