  • Read the documentation that came with the program you downloaded
  • Follow the instructions during setup installation
  • Search our Knowledge Base
  • Downloaded and installed the patch, if any.
  • Download, install and try the shareware version of the program. We will no longer answer questions of the type "Will this program run on my system??". Download, install and try the program for yourself; it's shareware and costs nothing to try.
