Welcome to the KD4SIY Repeater page. The repeater is owned, maintained, and operated by Jamey Wright, KD4SIY. It is located in the Oden Ridge community in the Central part of Morgan County Alabama. The repeater is open for use by all amateurs for recreational and/or emergency traffic. The only requirement for using the repeater is to show your fellow amateur operators a little courtesy.

The repeater consists of a GE MASTR II repeater station, GE 30 Amp power supply, Decibel DB4076W Duplexers, 7/8 Andrew Heliax, Decibel DB420 antenna, and an Arcom RC-210 controller.

There is a Kenwood TM-271A 2 meter transceiver used for the remote base. It is feeding a 3 element beam at 40 feet. This is used to link into the Southeastern Link Repeater Net on Wednesday nights at 8:00 P.M. local time or any other linking as needed.

Tune in every Tuesday night at 8:30 local time for Amateur Radio Newsline.

There is a possibility that EchoLink will be on the repeater in the future. Stay tuned for updates
