"The soul of a Knife is born in the fire"

I will be happy to discuss engraving your prized possession with you. In today's world of mass production and cheap imports it is refreshing to own an heirloom quality work of art created especially for you. Each piece is "one of one" and none are exactly alike. Most of my work is done with traditional hammer and chisel, but I occasionally use a Gravermeister when a special situation calls for it. Other items besides knives and guns can be engraved, too, including jewelry, golf clubs, fishing reels, keys, spoons, motorcycle parts, or almost anything metal.

The American Bladesmith Society, Inc. pledges to diligently, reasonably and  responsibly work exclusively for the purposes of promoting and advancing the art and science of the forged blade and other implements.

Home of the world's largest inventory of knife and cutlery related books, and publishers of Knife World magazine, the leading publication for knife collectors and enthusiasts of all kinds.

I make a variety of custom handmade knives, such as skinners, fighters, bowies, camp knives, filet knives, utility knives, hunting knives and tactical knives. I also make spears, ice picks (or spikes), and walking canes.

Kirk Rexroat, - American Bladesmith Society

"I believe a knife must feel good in your hand and hold an edge well. These two principles are paramount to any knife. I don't like to be confined to one style of knife, and so I have incorporated these two attributes into all the knives I make."
