    This makes about 4 cups of a clear,
    pineapple-flavored drink:

    1) To 1 tsp of cream of tartar (potassium
    bitartrate)
    This should provide approx. 219mg of
    Sodium and 114mg of Potassium

    2) Add 1.5 pinches of table salt
    This should provide approx. 225mg of
    additional sodium

    3) Add 3 Tablespoonfuls of sugar
    This should provide approx. 54.75g of
    sucrose

    4) Add 4 cups of distilled water
    Shake or stir to dissolve

    5) Add 0.25 tsp of "natural pineapple
    flavor" and shake
    This was tested with the non-alcoholic clear
    glycerin-based flavor. Available from The Spicery

    6) Chill slightly to taste.
