Yes, believe it or not, writing and reading the e-cards is a free
service. We get our money from advertising sponsors. That's why you see
those banners on our pages.

An E-card is a web page that is created when you fill
out and submit the e-card form. You can have a look at our sample e-card. We send an email to the recipient and
she will be informed that a card is waiting for her in our post
office. You can even overwrite our standard email message or add some
text of your own.
Contents
Yes, you can select pictures, colors, backgrounds, and music files. You
can even link to any picture and sound on the Web.
Contents
Sure. Just upload the file to our
server before you create your e-card. The upload program will return
your file's new URL. On the e-card program's main form you simply
enter this URL into the "custom image" or "custom sound" field.
Contents
Only the recipient and you can access the e-card file. Of course our
Webmaster could read it too, but you can be sure he's too busy and will
not be willing to read hundreds of postcards every day. Each Internet E-card has its own claim check number. It is impossible to view an e-card without entering this number first and only the sender and the
recipient will know it.

Our postal clerk discards each e-card two weeks after it has been
written. Sorry, there's no way to recover these e-cards. However,
there is a return receipt checkbox in our e-card form. If you activate
it, you will be notified by email when the recipient accesses her
e-card.

No, up to now we have located all "missing" e-cards. There
are several possible reasons why you're not able to find your postcard.
The most common reason: Some browsers don't support basic functions
that are required to pick up Digital Postcards and E-cards(e.g. some browsers
from AOL, WebTV and IBM).
But don't worry... here's how you get your e-card anyway:
Simply send mail to our email robot missing@all-yours.net. It will
immediately mail you a detailed explanation.
Hint for AOL users: Yes, you can have a better browser.
The Webmaster of this
site explains how to install Netscape.

You are recycling on this page. This is a browser related problem. You
should access The Digital Postcard with an up-to-date browser like
Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Contents
Our program eliminates possibly malicious code from an e-card before it
is saved on our server. So no-one can annoy you with a JavaScript bomb
in his e-card. Also, "conventional" computer viruses can't
be transmitted with an e-card, because we do not transmit executable
binaries to your computer.
