Rural Mission Trip

What will we be doing?
  • Planting Cabbage for the Upper Sand Mountain Parish - an agency of the United Methodist North Alabama Congerence - to provide food for residents living in poverty.

    Who can go?
  • Middle School Students who have participated in at least 3 FUMC Youth Events in 98-99.

    How Many?
  • 6 Adults and 20 Youth

    Cost per person?
  • $10

    • Registration forms are available in the church office

    Registration and $10 due by March 6th

    Inner City Mission Trip - June or July


    What will we be doing?
  • Working with Hands-On-Atlanta, possibility of working with Goodwill Industries, Atlanta City Parks, and Soup Kitchens. Suprise Day at end of trip!!!

    Who can go?
  • Middle School Students who have participated in at least 7 FUMC Youth Events in 98-99, and pre-trip meetings.

    How Many?
  • 4 Adults, 3 High School Leaders and 20 Middle School Youth

    Cost per person?
  • $70

    • Registration forms are available in the church office

    Registration and $30 deposit due by May 15th
