Haiku Selections
            Poetry by Ed Button

About the categories:
They are somewhat arbitrary, and I do concede that my conscious intent
(or personal imagery) for any poem is not as important as what the reader
experiences.  One of the beauties of poetry is that it can not be possessed
nor contained by the writer.  It must be released to find good air, soil, and
water in the mind, heart, and soul of the reader.  Only then does it grow
and come to full flower, drawing what it needs from the resources at hand.
One hopes that Spirit too, is active throughout the entire process.
