Classes
Our Bible study is just that, an earnest and in-depth study of the Lord’s Word.
We believe that God’s Word is truth (John 17:17), “All Scripture is inspired by God. . .” (2 Tim. 3:16), “His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness.” (2 Peter 1:3), God’s Word is the standard of authority that will judge us at the last day (John 12:48, Rom. 2:16), and the gospel is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16)
We believe that scriptures harmonize to reveal: God’s omniscience, omnipotence, and omnipresence, God’s unending loving kindness, grace, and mercy extended to all, God’s plan to send Jesus to earth to be the perfect sacrifice for our sins, and God’s spiritual and physical blessings flow from His hand.
We believe that the instructions which were given to the Christians of the first century are just as applicable to us today. There is no need for us to add or remove anything from that which is written in the Bible, nor is that our responsibility.
We offer the following classes on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening:
Toddlers Class: Consists of students ranging from a few months old up to 4 years old. The toddler Bible class is continuing to learn about God and Jesus through songs, crafts, and action games.
Young Readers Class: Consists of students ranging from 5-8 years old. The young readers’ class studies God’s word with emphasis on pleasing God through obedience to His commands.
Bible Lab Class: This bible class consists of students from the third grade through high school age. This is a structured, progressive course requiring several years to complete. In each lesson, students complete worksheets, listen to tapes of Scripture readings, work with maps and timelines, and read the applicable portions of the Bible.
Teenage Class: Periodically we will provide bible classes specifically for teenage students to address issues that greatly affect a teenager living in this day and time.
Adult Class: Students are those who are college age and older.
