LOST INDIAN
This beautiful tune is played in open tuning (AEAC# or AEAE), although I've heard other fiddlers play it in open G also.  The Big Hoedown folks (Bruce Molsky, Rafe Stefanini, and Beverly Smith) play it in G tuning and it is just gorgeous.  Ed Haley's own recording of this. which he plays without accompaniment, has very good sound quality.  It is one of the most commonly-played Haley tunes at festivals.
