Description

Tootie comes back from summer camp. Mrs Garrett has been promoted to school dietitian. While Arnold is staying with Mrs Garrett over the summer, he keeps trying to keep the school cook from boiling his pet lobster. Jo arrives on her motorcycle that she parks in Mrs. Garrett's marigolds.

All four girls decide to "hot wire" the school cafeteria's van and go to the Chug-a-lug bar, that's 5 miles away, to pick up guys. They parked the van in a one way alley and it gets hit by some other car. The guy they were trying to pick up turns out to be a Peekskill police officer. He arrested all four girls and threw them in jail.

That was Peekskill's first time for any student to get arrested in 54 years.
