THE HATCHET LADY By Nathaniel Patton (Fall, 1998) There was a lady known as the Hachet Lady, and she was wanted by the police and the F.B.I. were after her for mudering 15 people, and she was seen on Montosanto Mountain. There were some campers camping there. They saw the lady coming toward their camp with a basket. She asked them if they wanted to go on a picnic. They said no. She threw a hatchet at them. She missed so they took off warning the near by campers. She was right behind them with the hatchet. Soon everyone on the muontain knew. They were running all around. She saw some go in an old castle. She went in. She saw one boy escape through a window. She threw the hatchet at him. She hit him on his pant leg. She went through the window. The boy found a gun on the ground and stuck it in his pocket, then he ran up a tree. She threw the hatchet up the tree. It caught on a branch. She climbed up the tree. The hatchet fell, but she climbed up anyway. He shot his gun but it was a cap gun; she fell and died anyway. The boy got a $1,000,000 reward. You want to know what he did with it? He bought lots of hatchets. (He was the Hatchet Lady's son.)
