At Valley MLS
Some good pictures and most room sizes are at Valley MLS. This house needs
some touch-up work on switch plates, paint, a couple of floor spots but
it has nice space on the main level and a great rec room and family room
with hardwood floors in the basement. Also a bedroom, full bath and the
laundry down there. $224,000, asking.

House is 3/4 brick but the back would be fairly easy to paint
Decent deck for hanging out among the rocks; Weepy would probably like
to play here.
Looks like they have tried to touch up the Master Bath; it's carpeted,
we'd probably change that.
Family room from the bottom of the stairs. Stairs are switchback, it's
a "split foyer" and the handrail up from the front door is loose.
The laundry room is decent sized, no sink, 8'6 x 6; room to dry stuff in
the family room or rec room
Kitchen has an island and is nicely open to the Great Room. In the
background is a nice dining room and the stairs to the front door.
Breakfast area and kitchen from the Great Room. Great room would hold
our furniture well. That's a fireplace in the foreground, door to
deck is on the other side of it.
