5. World News Today...
(From a Foreign View)
I hope you are enjoying
and developing your Internet skills as a result of theses
Scavenger Hunts. I believe that learning can and should be fun.
With enough practice your skills will improve and you will enjoy
both your computer and the Internet more.
The Internet is Worldwide Shared Resources. The world shares it's
news on the Internet in a variety of ways. By on-line published
versions of newspapers, weeklies, and magazines. By filed radio
and live radio clips. Some stations actually broadcast live via
the net and many more are adding to this service weekly. You do
need audio software of various types stored on your computer in
order to use these services. Most of this software is available
free of charge on the Internet itself and can be downloaded.
Enjoy your computer and your many on-line services; HAVE FUN...
Consider taking a world wide tour without leaving the comfort of
your own home.
