Each year, the  Turtle Farm released 350 yearling Green Sea turtles in late October,  on the Seven Mile Beach, as part of the continuing conservation program. This  program was started back in 1980, with approximately 30,000 turtles having been released to-date. The Turtle Farm is committed to the conservation of marine turtles and the annual turtle release is an important part of this effort.
