Quinton Blevins

Vinemont--Quinton Blevins, 76, of 7714 County Road 1435 died Wednesday at an area hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Victory Fellowship Church with the Rev. David Carroll officiating.

Burial will be in Cook Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle in charge.

Mr. Blevins was an auto body repairer and worked at Cadillac Sales in Huntsville.

Survivors include one son, Michael Blevins of Vinemont; two daughters, Karen Blevins of Vinemont and Sue Riddle of Falkville; one brother, Vaughn Blevins of Falkville; one sister, Norma Osbolz of Loganville, Ga.; and three grandchildren. Visitation wil be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Quinton Blevins, 76, of Vinemont will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Victory Fellowship Church, with the Rev. David Carroll officiating.

Burial will be at Cook Cemetery, located on Highway 55 east near Falkville. Peck Funeral Home of Hartselle is directing.

Mr. Blevins died Wednesday at Carraway Methodist Medical Center. He was born April 19, 1922 in Morgan County to Houston Blevins and Katie (Knighten) Blevins.

He is survived by one son, Michael Blevins of Vinemont; two daughters, Karen Blevins of Vinemont and Sue Riddle of Falkville; one brother Vaughn Blevins of Falkville; one sister, Norma Osbolz of Loganville, Ga.; and three grandchildren. Mr. Blevins was a former auto body repairman employed with Cadillac Sales in Huntsville. He was also an Army veteran.

Pallbearers will be Greg Riddle, Roger Osbolz, Byron Osbolz, Nathan Davenport, Ben Blevins, Dwight Blevins, and Rick Beasley.

Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle.

Burial will be in Cook Cemetery, Highway 55 East, near Falkville. The family will receive friends at Peck Funeral Home today from 5 to 9 p.m. Mr. Blevins died Wednesday, March 24, 1999, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center.
