Get Involved With Us You can help us help these needy dogs. There are rescue groups for every breed of dog in America, mixed breeds too. It takes so little to become involved in the lives of these dogs. Could you foster one? Could you help in transporting one to rescue or to its new home? Could you donate some money? Could you donate some supplies? Could you take one of our dogs through an obedience class? Could some spend some time with one each day? Could you help us on dog washing day? Could you help us with a fund raiser? Could you sit at an information booth at an event one day and hand out literature and answer questions? Could you run to the shelter and take 5 minutes to check and see if the dog that they called us about really IS a Scottie? Could you save newspapers for us to use in housebreaking? Could you pick up an item or two at a yard sale for us? Could you save the weight seals from your dog food for us? Could you collect aluminum cans for us? Could you donate your old sheets, blankets and towels so the dogs will have clean soft bedding? Could you help us clean up the yard one day? Could you distribute flyers at feed stores and vets offices? Could you make contact with shelters? Could you sponsor a dog for a month, or until it got adopted? Could you do a home check for us? Could you? Would you? Will you? Sometimes it takes so little to become involved in the lives of these dogs. Everyone that wants to do something can, regardless of your health, finances, or time. We can all do a little and if everybody did a little, it would all add up to a LOT in the end. If you would like to help, please let us know. There is something here for everyone. Just knowing that we have supporters in the community helps us a great deal. If you aren't in our area, take heart, let us know anyway, and we would be happy to direct you to the closest rescue in your area, and they need your help just as much as we do.
