INFORMATION FOR 1937
MORNING AND EVENING STARS

Mercury will be Morning Star about February 7, June 6 and September 29; and Evening Star about April 19, August 18 and December 12.

Venus will be Evening Star till April 17 and then Morning Star the rest of the year.

Jupiter will be Morning Star till July 15 and then Evening Star the rest of the year.

ECLIPSES--Standard Time

In the year 1937 there will be three Eclipses, two of the Sun and one of the Moon.

I.--A Total Eclipse of the Sun, June 8. Visible to the southwestern part of the United States, Mexico, Central America, the West Indies, the western part of South America and the Pacific Ocean.

II.--A Partial Eclipse of the Moon, November 17-18. The beginning visible generally to the extreme northern and northwestern part of Europe, the British Isles, the Arctic Ocean, the North Atlantic Ocean, North and South America, the Pacific Ocean and northeastern Asia, the ending visible generally in the Arctic Ocean, the North Atlantic Ocean except the eastern part, North America, South America except the eastern part, the Pacific Ocean, eastern Australia and northeastern and Central Asia.

III.--An Annular Eclipse of the Sun, December 2. Visible to the western part of North America, the Pacific Ocean, Polynesia and the extreme edge of northeast Asia.
