1. WHY DID JESUS COME?

6. CONFESSION OF CHRIST IS NECESSARY
- By the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

8. WORKS ARE NECESSARY
- "This is the work of God that ye believe on him whom

- A man is justified by works. (James 2:24)

9. WHAT CHURCH WILL I BELONG TO THEN?
- "The Lord added to the church daily such as should be

11. BEING A PART OF THE CHURCH IS
NECESSARY
- The church was purchased with the blood of Christ.
(Acts 20:28).
- The church is the body of Christ. (Eph. 1:22, 23).
- The church is the family of God. (1 Tim. 3:15).
- The Lord adds the saved to it. (Acts 2:47).
- All the promises of God are in Christ. (2 Cor. 1:20).
- Every spiritual blessing is in Christ. (Eph. 1:3).
- To be in Christ is to be in his body, the church.

12. THE CHURCH IS A PLACE OF WORK
- As a race, we must run. (Heb. 12:1).
- As a soldier, we must fight. (1 Tim. 6:12)
- We are to be doers of the word. (James 1:22).
- We should follow Christ's example. (John 9:4).
- We will be judged by our works. (Revelation 20:12).
- We are saved by faith that works through love. (James
2:14-26)
