As it turns out, our Commander in Chief happened to wear
a necktie given to him by the infamous Monica Lewinski
during their myriad tawdry affirs - on the very same day
she was testifying! On August 6, Clinton wore a gold
and blue tie (gold diamonds framed with navy blue trim).
Some (Kenneth Star not excluded) have suggested that it
might have been a signal to Lewinski of some sort, but
if it was, it was poorly planned - she entered the
courtroom at about 8:30 that morning and stayed there
all day - and he was first seen publicly about 11:30
that morning.
